As a personal exercise I created this hidden blade from Assassins Creed.
Model and UV's done in Maya. Golden Ornaments done with ZBrush (Alpha Mask) and applied in Substance Painter. I did the simple leather patterns with Substance Designer, but exported just the height normal maps. I used a leather material from Substance Source and put it on top of the leather patterns.
